Welcome to the Red Tent

The Red Tent is one of the oldest sacred practices in our history.

Traditionally, we gathered during the new moon—a time when the lunar energy and our life force were at their lowest. It was during this phase that we most needed stillness, reflection, and support. And it was also when the portal to our intuition opened the widest.

Over time, we’ve lost this ritual. In today’s world, we’re pushed to be productive, to meet constant expectations, and to view rest as an indulgence. But in the quiet of stillness, we reconnect with our inner compass. We attune to the rhythms of the Earth and our own bodies—unlocking a life that’s more vibrant and deeply aligned.

This practice is for ANYONE who lives in a cyclical body—regardless of whether they identify with the word woman.

Each month, we explore the main themes from the astrological and elemental cycles. These are not abstract ideas—they’re reflections of parts of our own psyche. When we consciously work with these inner aspects, we can

  • Release outdated beliefs

  • Navigate complex relationships

  • Align with our soul’s true purpose

When we ignore these parts of ourselves, we carry unprocessed emotions and stories that eventually manifest as chronic issues, emotional fatigue, or even illness.

Get to Know Me

I’ve been part of this practice for over a year now.

When I first joined, my intention was to reconnect with my inner feminine—something that felt distant to me, having always identified more as a tomboy.

Over time, my understanding of the word feminine evolved.

I let go of old expectations around what a “successful” life should look like—expectations that were leading me straight to burnout.

Through moments of stillness and the strength of community, I began to access a power that had always been within me.

Stepping into the Red Tent each month helped me move through a major life transition and held me as I began building my business.

Today, I’m deeply passionate about bringing the energy and sacredness of ritual back into our modern lives. I believe we can create truly sustainable lives—rooted in intention and consciousness—by reconnecting with our inner power and aligning with the natural world around us.
